Mixed ability class, suitable for beginners and the more experienced. My teaching approach is to create awareness for the own body by respecting the body's limits - without refraining from challenges. I offer adjustments and modifications of postures according to individual needs so they are suitable for beginners but also for experienced students who look for a challenge.
Classes are running continuously during term times; the first lesson can be booked and paid individually, so students can decide whether or not they like to commit to a unit of seven weeks (which is payable in advance, missed classes can be maid up by attending a different session).
